THINGS TO REMEMBER:
· The Entry Form (for all disciplines) is on website www.fhbsc.co.za
· Pre-entries close on Sunday 8th March 2015 (you qualify for an event T-shirt and goody bag). Complete the entry form and return with proof of payment to treasurer@fhbsc.co.za
· BUT – entries will still be accepted until 9am on race day – 21st March 2015 – BUT no event T-shirt or goody bag.
·The clubhouse will be open on Friday evening 20th March 2015 to accept entries – and you are welcome to bring boats down to start rigging (sailors take a while…especially the Tigers…..) · The skippers briefing (all disciplines) will be at 9am on Saturday 21st March 2015 – TAKE NOTE (it will NOT be on the Friday evening as in past events)
· Racing will commence not before 10am on Saturday 21st March 2015 – Hobie Tigers take note – all classes will start at 10am · When you arrive at the club to race (all disciplines) – you MUST register with the event secretary and collect a tally number. No tally collected then you will unfortunately be disqualified. This is a safety requirement. We need to know who is on the water.
· We have 30 tracking devices which are both for safety and allow spectators to follow the event on the big screen at the club. Enter early to get one. Bring a waterproof pouch. · Read the Notice of Race on the website and make sure you familiarise yourselves with the safety requirements.

REQUESTS:
· We are looking for someone to make bacon & egg breakfast rolls on the Saturday morning (21st March) – any volunteers??
· Any other offers of help on the day would be greatly appreciated – please contact me
· Please enter ASAP as this will assist with logistics and communication.
